MOUSETRAP KENT LTD (MOUSETRAP SEVENOAKS ONLINE) COMPANY CODE OF CONDUCT AND FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS  

 

This Company Code of Conduct (the “Code”) sets out guidelines and requirements for all staff, subcontractors, and suppliers (collectively, “Vendors”) that do business with any Mousetrap Kent Limited ( Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) business or subsidiary (collectively, “LMF” or “we”). We expect our Vendors (including their employees, agents, subcontractors, and affiliates) to comply with the Code in conducting business with or on behalf of Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) , even when the Code exceeds the requirements of applicable law. Violations of the Code can result in severe consequences for Mousetrap and/or its Vendors. We will take appropriate action to ensure compliance with the Code, up to and including termination of business with the Vendor.

 

Returns Policy 

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we operate a straightforward returns policy.

Our policy lasts 14 days, meaning you have 14 days to send your item back, and if it fits our criteria, gain a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return: 

Refunds are issued as long as the item is Unworn, Brand New With Tamper Tags and returned with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it and it must be with us within 28 days from receipt and postmark date.

The garment must be free from perfume odours, deodorant stains makeup, fake tan and odours. All items are dispatched with a Security Tag and if the Security Tag is removed we will not accept the return. Should an item not have a Security Tag you must inform us as soon as possible after receipt. We have our own "poly tags" and don't accept items back where the tags have been re-attached with a different gauge poly tag. When returning shoe boxes please ensure your shoe box is well wrapped as we will not accept any shoe boxes that are returned "un wrapped" and taped up with tape and postage labels. We send them out wrapped & protected and we expect them back wrapped and protected. Certain products are non returnable for hygiene reasons which is clearly marked in the item description.


If anything is wrong or incorrect with your purchase you must inform us as soon as possible after receipt, by email or in writing and you must keep the outer and inner packaging that your order was delivered in so we can investigate, if you do not inform us upon receipt we may be unable to help you or may be unable to accept your claim.

Any refund outside this timescale will be returned back to you unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed by Mousetrap Sevenoaks. When posting back it is your responsibility to ensure the package comes back to us within the designated timescale of 28 days from receipt.

Any returned item which has been worn or washed, or is outside of our T&Cs may be returned to you. 

 

Once the item has been unpacked & approved, refunds will usually be made within 48hrs of receiving the item back and we will email you to let you know your refund has been processed. After you have received your email please allow another 2-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with and we have no control over it. You will receive an email to inform you your package has been returned to us and you will get email confirmation of refund.

Personal data we may collect about you: 

We can only provide the goods and services ordered by you if you provide us with your personal data. For the purpose of providing these services, we collect personal data about you such as: 

Your name, address, email address, telephone and mobile phone numbers and payment card information. 

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. 

We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. 

Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, operating system, browser usage and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

We will use the information you provide for the purpose described in this privacy policy to which you agreed to at the time your data was obtained. 

Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment. 

Email marketing: 

We may use your email address to send you information about products or services that are the same or similar to those you have ordered from us and we think you may find useful. We will only do so if you have indicated that you do not object to being contacted for these purposes (e.g by signing up to our newsletter). If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, mailing us at: 

IP Addresses and Cookies: 

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual and we will not collect personal information in this way. 

We may obtain information about your general Internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Books, Records, and Business Integrity. Mousetrap Sevenoaks prohibits corruption, extortion, and embezzlement in any form. For this reason, Vendors must ensure that their accounting and financial records related to their business with Mousetrap Kent Limited Mousetrap Sevenoaks wwww.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) comply with applicable laws and meet applicable standards of accuracy and completeness. Mousetrap Kent Limited Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) also expects Vendors to provide honest and accurate invoices. Invoices should be itemized, quote the Purchase Order (“PO”) number (if applicable), be supported by appropriate documentation, and comply with all other requirements as set out in the relevant contract(s). Invoices may not be split to circumvent approval requirements. Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) will not do business with a Vendor unless there is a signed contract with an approved PO (if required) on file. Bribery, Kickbacks, and Improper Payments. Vendors must ensure that their employees, agents, subcontractors, and affiliates comply with all applicable bribery and anti-corruption laws, including but not limited to the UK Bribery Act. To that end, Vendors must not promise, offer, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper or unlawful payments or engage third parties to facilitate such conduct when conducting business with or on behalf of Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com). Examples include cash, cash equivalents (e.g. bitcoin, debit cards, gift cards, gift certificates, prepaid cards, etc.), gifts, services, or other inducements intended to secure an improper business advantage. This requirement applies in all circumstances, but especially with respect to dealings involving government officials, political candidates, or other public figures or entities.

Data Protection and Privacy. Additionally, Vendors must comply with Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) requests concerning personal data and/or business records and provide assistance to Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) when requested in accordance with their contracts with Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com)

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST 

Vendors must avoid any actual or potential conflicts of interest caused by either business or personal relationships with Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) customers, other Vendors, Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) competitors or potential competitors, or Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) employees. Any actual or potential conflict of interest, and any connection to, or affiliation with, a Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) employee or the employee’s family member, a member of their household, or someone with whom the employee has a significant personal relationship, must be disclosed to the Compliance Team at mousetrapsevenoaksonlineshop@gmail.com 

 

FAIR BUSINESS, ADVERTISING & COMPETITION LAWS 

Vendors are expected to understand and comply with all applicable fair business, advertising, and competition laws, including fair trading and antitrust laws. Vendors must not exploit emergency situations, such as healthcare crises, natural disasters, or other catastrophes, by charging excessively high prices for products or services sold on Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) or by making false claims regarding such products or services. Vendors must also treat Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) customers honestly and fairly, as well as in a manner that complies with all applicable civil and criminal laws and consumer practices. Customers have the right to be safe and secure at all times while interacting with Vendors, and Mousetrap Sevenoaks (www.mousetrapsevenoaks.com) expects that Vendors address legitimate customer concerns quickly and appropriately.
